• Deep Cleaning + Add-Ons: Book a Deep Cleaning service and customize it by selecting only the add-ons your property requires.

• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Package: Book our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning service, which includes a comprehensive package of services already built into the price.

Before Your Cleaning Appointment

To ensure we're able to complete your Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, the home must be fully cleared out before our team arrives!

Please make sure that:

• The property has been completely emptied of furniture, personal belongings, garbage, and unwanted items.

• All food has been removed from the refrigerator, freezer, cupboards, and pantry.

• Please note that junk removal is not included with our cleaning services.

We may be unable to proceed with the appointment if we discover:

• Evidence of rodents or rodent droppings

• Mold or significant mildew growth

• Heavy cigarette smoke odour

• Excessive clutter, garbage, or abandoned belongings throughout the property

If these conditions are present when we arrive, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and applicable fees may apply.
