  • You can book an appointment through, phone or email. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 

  • Yes! If you have a preferred cleaner, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 

Cleaning Process & Services 

  • No, you don’t have to be home. You can arrange key access or provide a door code for convenience and security. 

  • The duration of each clean depends on the size of the home and the level of service required. At Luxury Living Cleaners, we aim to keep most cleanings around 1 hour and 30 minutes. For larger homes or more detailed projects, we simply add additional team members so the job is completed efficiently while still staying within this time frame.

  • To maximize efficiency, we recommend decluttering personal items, securing valuables, and informing us of any special requests in advance. 

  • Absolutely! We offer custom cleaning plans based on your specific needs, whether you want extra attention on certain areas or a unique cleaning schedule.

  • Yes! Our company is legally registered, fully insured, licensed, and bonded. Additionally, all employees undergo thorough background checks to ensure your home is in safe hands. 

  • Yes, we use non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and home whenever possible. In cases of extreme buildup where a stronger product is necessary, we use only the proper amount, never exceeding what’s needed. Our team then follows a thorough cleaning process to ensure no residue is left behind, leaving your space safe for everyone.

  • We ensure consistent, high-quality results through a formal quality control process that includes ongoing staff training, standardized cleaning systems and checklists, and regular review of client feedback. This allows us to continuously refine our service and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Billing & Policies 

  • Pricing depends on factors such as home size, level of cleaning required, and specific services requested. Contact us for a free quote tailored to your home’s needs. 

  • Yes, we use Stripe, a highly secure and trusted payment processing system, ensuring that your billing information is 100% encrypted and protected

  • We accept e-transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. 

  • We require more than a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients will be charged 25% of the bill for cancellations within 24 hours

  • Yes — we offer preferred pricing for our recurring clients as part of our long-term service programs. Weekly and bi-weekly services receive discounted rates, and clients who prepay for six months receive preferred monthly pricing. This structure allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality service while rewarding loyalty.

    • Weekly: 10% off

    • Bi-weekly: 5% off

    • Monthly: 5% off with 6-month prepayment
